Biography

Sierra Pratt is a Staff Accountant and member of the firm’s nonprofit team. She joined Ritz Holman CPAs as staff accountant in 2025. She is focused on serving nonprofit audit clients.

Sierra’s areas of concentration include:

• Nonprofit audit, review and compilations with a large concentration of audits subject to Federal Uniform Guidance and state auditing standards
• Preparation of the form 990 and state tax returns
• Charitable organizations and associations
• Charter, Choice and Partnership schools
• Agreed-upon-procedures and audits of or charter, MPS Non- Instrumentality Charter and Choice schools
• Knowledgeable of GAAS, GAGAS and GAAP audits standards
