The Intern Experience

At RitzHolman CPAs, we believe in a learning environment that allows for a comfortable and collaborative intern experience. Our interns enjoy a variety of client exposure, working and learning directly from partners, and being responsible for the entire project experience from start to finish. Our interns often experience the same level of work as our first year staff accountants.

We partner with many of the universities in Wisconsin and work with their accounting and career services departments to set up campus visits, interview schedules, Beta Alpha Psi speaking engagements and classroom visits.

Communication

Our interns receive ongoing feedback along with several formal feedback sessions designed to help you grow as a professional and provide us with your feedback on the work and culture of the firm.

Timing

Our tax team internships take place during the Spring Semester of the academic year.
Our audit team internships take place at various times throughout the year.
